"When you are one of a small, focused group of patients seen by a highly skilled psychologist, everything about therapy changes. The work you are doing to improve your life, to grow and change, becomes the work we do together. You receive a personalized and much higher caliber of care, from a focused provider, who knows you very well and is committed to helping you make the changes you want in your life."

CONCIERGE CRISIS CASE MANAGEMENT
IN ADDITION TO HER PRACTICE AS A PSYCHOLOGIST, DR. MIRY OFFERS CONCIERGE CRISIS CARE MANAGEMENT GLOBALLY.
She serves as a consultant to families facing high risk mental health or addiction concerns, providing coordinated and immediate support during moments of acute crisis. Her services integrate expert crisis intervention with comprehensive case management and guidance through hospitalization and treatment placement.
In this capacity, Dr. Miry collaborates closely with families, helping them to understand diagnoses, assess risk, coordinate a multidisciplinary team of providers, and identify the appropriate level of care. She helps navigate the complex landscape of mental health resources, including hospital based stabilization, residential and inpatient treatment, and intensive outpatient programs. Her years of experience with complex clinical assessment and treatment ensure that families have an expert partnering with them as they evaluate and select treatment options.
Traditional crisis intervention typically starts or ends at a local hospital emergency room— an environment that is essential for acute medical stabilization, but not designed for thorough, compassionate mental health assessment, individualized intervention, or continuity of care. It also offers little comfort or privacy at a time of great sensitivity for families. In contrast, Dr. Miry’s concierge crisis care provides a deeply personalized approach—one that considers each individual’s emotional, psychological, medical, cultural and family needs to ensure the most effective path to stabilization and recovery.
THIS SERVICE IS IDEAL FOR...
-
Families who need immediate crisis intervention
-
Clients who require private, discreet support for sensitive mental health concerns
-
Those at high risk, including individuals experiencing suicidal ideation, self-harm, or acute psychiatric symptoms
-
Individuals who need clinicians skilled in guiding them through complex treatment systems
-
Clients who need ongoing case management and continued support after the immediate crisis has stabilized
IMPORTANT NOTE ON EMERGENCIES
Concierge services offer rapid access and support for managed crises within an established provider–family relationship. If you or a loved one is experiencing a life-threatening psychiatric emergency (e.g., immediate risk of harm to self or others), you should call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. For immediate crisis support, you can also call or text 988 in the United States, or contact the San Francisco Suicide Prevention Hotline at 415-781-0500.
